Human Resources (HR) Recruiter

We are looking for an organized and proactive Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Addison, Texas. This Contract position will focus on attracting and evaluating talent for manufacturing and warehouse roles while helping move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing ability, solid interviewing experience, and a practical understanding of onboarding coordination and applicant tracking systems.Responsibilities:• Source candidates with experience in manufacturing and warehouse openings through job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, availability, and overall fit for open positions.• Manage recruiting activity across the hiring lifecycle, from outreach and interview coordination through offer-stage support.• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain a consistent pipeline of talent for active requisitions.• Conduct interviews and present candidate insights to support timely and informed hiring decisions.• Assist with pre-employment steps, including onboarding coordination and pre-employment screening processing for selected candidates.• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system.• Support a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
