LoanStar Title Loans – Customer Service Representative ( Bilingual prefered)

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at  LoanStar Title Loans , you’ll be the face of our company—assisting customers with loan inquiries, processing payments, evaluating vehicles, and managing loan accounts. You’ll deliver outstanding service through daily communication with customers while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.

• Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Requirements:

General:

• Bilingual prefered not required

• Must be available to work full time

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

• Prior customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer and data entry skills required
