Strategic Human Resources Generalist – Multi-Site Healthcare Schedule: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Human Resources Overview: Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys partnering directly with leadership to drive organizational success? We are seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operational and clinical leaders across a growing ambulatory healthcare network. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, helping align people strategies with business goals while supporting employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and organizational growth initiatives. What You’ll Do: Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support Partner with clinic and operational leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals Support workforce planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness Coach leaders on accountability, performance, and employee engagement Provide guidance on complex employee and organizational matters Employee Relations & Compliance Manage employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures Partner with leadership on risk mitigation and compliance initiatives Support labor relations activities including grievance processes and contract interpretation Performance Management & Talent Development Guide leaders through coaching, evaluations, and performance improvement processes Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives Identify talent gaps and workforce development opportunities Help foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and growth Workforce Planning & Operations Support onboarding and integration for physicians, APPs, and staff Assist with clinic expansions and organizational growth initiatives Partner with HRIS and payroll teams to maintain process alignment and data accuracy Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of progressive HR experience Healthcare or multi-site operational experience strongly preferred Experience supporting leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills Preferred Experience Physician groups, ambulatory clinics, or medical networks Union environments and collective bargaining agreements Employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies HR systems such as ADP and familiarity with clinical operations What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong labor relations acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence leaders across all levels of the organization.
