Overview
Radiology Tech - X Ray Tech, travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Start date 09/21/2026 for 6 weeks, with a weekly pay range of 1,645 to 1,652 per week and guaranteed 40 hours per week. Evening shift (approximately 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday–Friday) in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic examinations, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, for ED, inpatient, OR, and portable studies.
- Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment, maintaining image quality and appropriate technique for patient safety.
- Evaluate images for technical quality; adjust positioning and exposure as needed; document findings in the electronic medical record.
- Work with EPIC and Sectra EMR systems; coordinate with radiology team and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Float between departments as assigned and provide patient-centered care, including safety and comfort during procedures.
- Educate and precept students in the department; perform competency check-offs as part of supervision and training.
- Maintain mask-fit safety requirements and adhere to radiation safety protocols.

Requirements
- ARRT certification (active) and BLS certification
- Graduation from a JRCERT/ARRT-approved program
- Minimum 1 year Level I trauma experience or 2–3 years at a large Level II trauma facility
- Ability to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging in ED, inpatient, OR, and portable settings
- Experience with EPIC and Sectra EMR systems preferred; familiarity with GE, Philips, and CareStream equipment is a plus
- Mask-fit test required
