Customs Brokerage Specialist

To support international transportation services, the full-time Customs Brokerage Specialist will manage daily operations for customs clearance on cross-border shipments, communicate with freight forwarders and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Oversee dynamic shipment holds and examination resolution Collaborate with logistics teams and service providers to resolve shipment issues Audit compliance-related data submissions for accuracy and completeness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience in Trade Compliance and/or Supply Chain industry, such as customs agent or compliance specialist Knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant customs-related matters Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations preferred
