Job Description Corporate Paralegal We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team in Denver. In this role, you will provide support to our in-house corporate attorneys and assist with a wide range of legal matters. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports as needed
- Maintain and organize corporate records and documentation
- Assist with corporate entity formations, mergers, and acquisitions
- Coordinate and communicate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders
- Paralegal certification or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies
- 2+ years of experience working in a corporate legal environment
- Proficient in legal research and document drafting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
