divh2Pizza Maker/h2pPizza Maker are responsible for preparing pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings like vegetables and meats, and executing customers orders considering special requests./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3ulliSkilled in dough mixing and hand-stretching/liliAble to work quickly while under pressure and should be knowledgeable about state and local health regulations that apply to restaurants./liliMonitor, maintain, and clean the working area and cooking surfaces to make pizzas./liliMaintain and operate all large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers./liliPrepare all raw materials required for cooking such as cutting all vegetables and preparing the dough./liliMake fresh tomato, pesto, and white cream sauces/liliWash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and mushrooms)/liliCut, slice, and grill meats like chicken, ham, and beef/liliMonitor food stock and place orders, as needed/liliMonitor and ensure exact measurement of all ingredients for all food items./liliPrepares and stores pizza dough/liliPrepares pizza sauces/liliTrains other cooks in the preparation process so all meals are uniform/liliChecks the quality of pizzas before theyre served to guests/liliKeeps a positive professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and guests at all times./liliNotify the Supervisor regarding levels of food supplies, inventory, and other materials as needed./liliActs in accordance with company policies, restaurant specifications, and food/beverage regulations./liliActs as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same.
