Pay: $50,000 - $90,000 based on performance; position is commission based

What You'll Do

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems to determine necessary repairs and maintenance

• Communicate repair estimates and recommendations to customers in a clear and concise manner

• Prioritize tasks to ensure completion of repairs and maintenance

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and vehicle history

• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repair processes

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor role or related field

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, repair procedures, and industry standards

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams

• Familiarity with dealership management systems and software

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Total Rewards

($50,000 - $90,000 ), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
