Contract Investment Operations & ETF Business Analyst $65-to-$95-hour, actual compensation commensurate with experienceHybrid, in-office schedule of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and ThursdaysPrincipals ONLY, No View email address on click.appcast.io, No visaSummary:• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join their Investment Operations squad.• This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that our investment platforms and operations are scalable, modernized, and aligned with strategic goals.• The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in financial asset management, a strong analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit to drive continuous improvement across our investment operations capabilities.• This is a hybrid work environment opportunity located in Boston, Massachusetts with a weekly in-office schedule of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.Responsibilities:• Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing investment operations by developing a deep understanding of existing tools and products, with emphasis on business capabilities and risk-oriented workflows.• Balance short-term operational demands with long-term strategic objectives focused on modernization, growth, and sustainability.• Translate complex business insights into clear, engineering-focused documentation that drives alignment and value.
