Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through structured interviews and relevant diagnostic evaluations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid and current state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a track record of effective client care.

• Thorough understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive approaches.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n
