Accounts Payable Clerk (Contract-to-Hire) – Chester Area

• Pay: $20 – $23/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized records and support month-end activities
• Work within an ERP system to manage A/P transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payments

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
• ERP system experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
• Quick learner with a team-oriented mindset
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
