Head of North American Sales

High-Growth FinTech SaaS Company | New York City

We are partnering with a fast-growing FinTech SaaS company to appoint a Head of North American Sales . This is a senior commercial leadership position with responsibility for building and scaling the company's North American sales operation, driving new-logo growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Based in New York City , the successful candidate will play a key role in the company's next phase of expansion and work closely with the executive leadership team.

The Role

• Own the North American sales strategy , revenue targets and go-to-market execution.

• Drive growth across the FinTech and financial services market , winning new enterprise customers.
\n
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing North American sales team.
\n
• Personally lead and support strategic enterprise opportunities and new-logo acquisition .
\n
• Establish a predictable and scalable sales process across pipeline generation, forecasting and closing.
\n
• Develop relationships with senior and C-suite decision-makers across financial services organizations.
\n
• Recruit, coach and retain high-performing sales professionals.
\n
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and senior leadership to accelerate growth.
\n
• Identify new verticals, territories and strategic opportunities across the US and Canada.
\n
• Represent the company at key FinTech and financial services conferences and events .
\n

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience leading North American sales within FinTech, financial-services technology or B2B SaaS .
\n
• Strong track record of delivering significant revenue growth and winning enterprise customers.
\n
• Experience building or scaling a sales function within a high-growth SaaS environment .
\n
• A genuine player-coach who is comfortable leading from the front and personally closing major opportunities.
\n
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
\n
• Experience selling technology solutions into financial institutions and sophisticated financial-services clients .
\n
• Demonstrable relationships with senior and C-suite decision-makers.
\n
• Commercial, entrepreneurial and data-driven, with experience operating against ambitious growth targets.
\n
• Based in, or able to work regularly from, New York City .
\n
