Bookkeeper/ Accountant
JRN Associates
Our client is a private elementary day school, and they're seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant for their Business Office.
Responsibilities Include:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Journal Entries
- Perform Year-End Audit
- Monthly presentations to the board
Qualifications Include:
- Fluency in Quickbooks/ Blackbaud Tuition Management Software
- Good understanding of the general ledger
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:00pm
Shorter summer schedule, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
