Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting operational excellence and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Sparta, MI

Pay: $17/hr + $1/shift premium

Shift: 2nd & 3rd

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures.
• Document production data accurately and report any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and safety guidelines.
