Machine Operator/Production Associate

Great opportunity in Northeast Grand Rapids, MI! We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals. This role involves operating automated production equipment, inspecting and assembling parts, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Inspect, trim, and assemble parts to quality specifications.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
• Meet production goals and efficiency standards.
• Use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Work in different production areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
• Must be willing and able to work 55-60 hours per week, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable performing repetitive work in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
