Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the electrical construction industry.
2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
3. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial electrical projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and adhere to budget and timeline constraints.
4. Develop and implement business strategies to increase our market presence and profitability.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
8. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development within the electrical construction industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
4. Strong understanding of the construction industry, including market trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements.
5. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
7. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound business decisions.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
