Position Overview In this role you will be a key player on our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment. Your efforts keep the supply chain flowing smoothly—from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time. Responsibilities Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards. Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory. Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols. Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely. Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation. Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments. Qualifications Warehouse experience. Experience operating a stand‑up forklift and reach truck. Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0°F. Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred. Schedule & Setting Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (overnight shift). Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer: ‑5 °F to 38 °F). Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation. Must be able to work until all loading tasks are completed. Pay & Benefits Starting pay $23.23 /hr (excluding pay for performance). After a 90‑day probation period, pay increases to $25.34 /hr.
