We seek a motivated individual to be our newest Entry Level Account Manager and be part of our East Providence team. In this role, you will be performing these duties: Serve as the primary client contact or communicates with senior-level clients to build and maintain relationships. Retain and develop current accounts to boost revenue. Offer strategic counsel to clients and the account team, anticipating long and short-term needs. Manage marketing program execution and ensure work quality. Plan and conduct strategic client meetings, consistently providing valuable advice. Supervise account staff, providing structure and instruction for workload balance. Motivate, mentor, and guide staff professional development. Assume fiscal responsibility for the division, accounts, and team. Actively participate in and guide the division’s and agency’s operations and future direction.
