Job Description

ProSidian Consulting has an opportunity for a Managerial Accountant located in Charlotte, NC | POSTING TYPE: THIS IS A FULL-TIME W2 HIRE.

ProSidian Consulting is seeking an experienced administrative specialist to support a logistics and fulfillment project as well as general corporate support. The support specialist must be a highly-motivated professional with great communication skills and understanding of accounting, billing, invoicing, purchasing, reporting, and quality assurance/quality control. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations support, working closely with project management and company systems.

As an experienced Managerial Accountant with ProSidian Consulting, you will be in an invigorating and challenging environment with high standards for work quality, professionalism, and teamwork. The work shall be performed on-site at the Charlotte warehouse/office, with some travel required to the client site in the Fayetteville area. Background checks are required for all employees.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to lead in a team environment. He/she must be able to work effectively at all levels of the organization, be results oriented, have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and a creative problem solver.

The following education and experience is required to accomplish project tasks: 3 or more years experience in accounting, administrative support, or similar roles Ability to document using clear, concise and grammatically correct language Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken for presentations Excellent team player Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Required Skills: Ambition and Motivation to grow and improve Experience and understanding of corporate accounting Understanding of computer file structures and basic backend website use Experience in creating reports, running analysis, and scheduling orders/invoices High Integrity and Reliability

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to learn and synthesize information quickly Preferred Skills/Certifications Formal accounting education and/or experience
