Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr)

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location.

• 1246 US RT 302-Berlin Unit 1 Barre, VT 05641

This is a full time position with a starting rate of pay $18.50 / hour based on a 40 work week. Employees have the opportunity to earn yearly merit increases based on performance.

Schedule Available:

• Monday 6:30am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
• Tuesday 7:30am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
• Wednesday 7:30am-12:00pm (work every other week)
• Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
• Friday 7:30am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
• Saturday 8:30am-12:00pm (work every other week)

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have two years of college experience and/or customer service experience combined
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
