Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and efficiently for a large employee population as the Payroll & Benefits Specialist. Audit payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Manage employee payroll updates and maintain accurate payroll records. Analyze payroll information and generate reports using advanced Excel functions. Support employee payroll and benefits‑related inquiries while delivering exceptional service. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Payroll & Benefits Specialist or payroll‑focused position, ideally supporting 800+ employees. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and payroll data analysis. Experience auditing payroll and resolving discrepancies. Strong understanding of payroll compliance and best practices. Stable work history demonstrating long‑term commitment and reliability.
