Senior Legal Assistant for taxation, estate planning, trust, probate and business organizations practice: Coordinate with partner and legal secretary on management of practice Draft estate plan documents, contracts and other legal documents Draft, file and manage probate cases Form corporate entities and draft associated documents File legal documents with state and federal courts Record deeds, easements, etc. Schedule appointments, calendar management Manage client communication Attend client meetings as notary public and witness Organize physical and electronic files Ability to multi-task and manage heavy workload Assist in supervision of legal secretary including delegation and management of duties #J-18808-Ljbffr
