Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves driving a truck on an established route, servicing and selling to an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe conduct. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Qualified candidates must satisfy DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must: Have an active driver's license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation of prior employment. Additionally, successful candidates should possess: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A high school diploma, GED, or military service. A strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a teamwork environment. A positive attitude, organization, ambition, and service spirit.
