Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment, guiding applicants through the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with client procedures. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in staffing, customer service, and administrative tasks—all in a dynamic, quickly evolving setting. Pay Rate $17.00/hour Available Shift Times Variable-10 to 40 hours per week, including some weekends and extended hours as needed. Key Responsibilities Greet and guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding and hiring events Deliver exceptional customer service to applicants Assist candidates with applications and screening procedures Verify work authorization and facilitate badge photo capture Administer drug screens when required Clearly communicate job details and address candidate questions Manage multiple systems and meet deadlines Maintain professionalism during in-person, phone, email, and live chat interactions Key Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and quick adaptability to new platforms Comfortable using online tools, mobile devices, scanners, and cameras Excellent multitasking skills in a high-volume environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, respectful and tactful Willingness to work extended hours and weekends Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, recruiting, etc.) High School Diploma or GED required Must be available to work on-site; this role is not remote Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply High level of integrity with handling confidential information Opportunity is everything.
