Commercial Multifamily Shingle & Siding Sales/ Project Manager 75K to 125K

Now Hiring: Commercial/Multifamily Shingle & Siding Sales / Project Manager Are you driven, organized, and ready to take ownership of high-value commercial and multi-family exterior projects? We're looking for a Sales Professional / Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout-delivering top-quality roofing and siding solutions on remodels and new construction. What You'll Do: * Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property managers, and developers * Review project plans, specifications, and scopes to accurately define work requirements * Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs and prepare accurate bids and proposals * Lead the sales process from bid to contract execution * Coordinate and manage project timelines, crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries * Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency * Oversee jobsite execution, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards * Conduct project walkthroughs and ensure successful project closeout
