Location Description
The Eugene, Oregon plant produces both organic and non‑organic granola, with annual production of up to 52 million pounds. The site supports a team of more than 200 manufacturing and support employees and plays an important role in supplying private label granola products across the U.S.
Eugene is known for its strong focus on sustainability, outdoor recreation, and innovation. Responsibilities
As HR Manager at our Eugene manufacturing facility, you will shape the employee experience and partner with plant leadership to translate business priorities into practical people strategies. Your work will help foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment where employees and leaders can grow and thrive.
You will lead a broad range of human resources initiatives, from talent acquisition and workforce planning to employee relations, development, compliance, benefits, and HR reporting. This is an opportunity to influence workplace culture while supporting the people who help our operation succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement recruiting strategies that attract and hire strong talent for the site.
Partner with plant leadership to anticipate staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Advise leaders and employees on workplace concerns, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Support goal setting, performance reviews, development planning, and leader coaching.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs that build workforce capability.
Advance career growth and succession-planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, safety standards, company policies, and HR best practices.
Improve HR processes and policies to strengthen consistency and effectiveness.
Administer benefit programs and support compensation strategies and wellness initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and provide data-driven insights through reporting.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of human resources leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
Human resources experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience applying employment requirements in Oregon, Washington, and California preferred.
