Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Movement Search & Delivery Head of Human Resources A long‑standing, privately held manufacturer is seeking a Head of HR to lead its people strategy as the current HR leader transitions into retirement. This is the top HR role in the company — a chance to shape culture, drive change, and build the next generation of talent. What You’ll Do Lead all HR functions: talent strategy, employee relations, training, compliance, compensation & benefits. Serve on the leadership team and advise the CEO on people strategy. Modernize HR systems, processes, and development programs. Build strong relationships across all levels — from shop floor to executives. Champion culture, retention, and employee development. What We’re Looking For Proven HR leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong background in employee relations, talent development, and organizational planning. Able to balance strategy with hands‑on execution. Trusted leader, skilled communicator, and culture builder.
