Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate the needs of clients entering detox programs, identifying strengths and areas of concern.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, addiction specialists, and other healthcare providers to create and implement personalized treatment plans that promote holistic wellness.

• Serve as a client advocate, assisting individuals in accessing community resources, treatment options, and support systems that are vital to their recovery.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress and treatment plans within electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
