Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Glendale Clinic Arbor Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Glendale clinic team! If you're passionate about helping children develop communication, language, feeding, and social interaction skills while working alongside a collaborative team of therapists, we'd love to meet you. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians interested in pediatrics, early intervention, developmental disabilities, and AAC to build their clinical expertise while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

- Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes
- Educate and partner with parents and caregivers throughout the therapy process
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and physical therapists
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of services
- Provide mentorship and supervision for students and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, when applicable
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Valid CPR card or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Interest or experience in early intervention and developmental disabilities
- Passion for professional growth and continuing education
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Interest or experience in feeding therapy is strongly preferred
- Experience with AAC is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- New graduates are encouraged to apply. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
- Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
