Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate individualized therapy approaches that assist them in reaching their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor capabilities, cognitive function, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to facilitate continuous progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust As Necessary: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans to ensure that patients remain on the path to recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
