Shift availability is 4pm-2:30 am M-TH. If applying in person before 2 PM, you can start same day!

Core Job Responsibilities

• Must be able to stand for 3-4 hours without a break
• Must be able to lift 15-40 pounds
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to adapt to physically demanding work environment performing repetitive movements
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Frequently exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration
• Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Able to understand and follow instructions and practice standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift as needed per instructions of production supervisor
• Manage different stages of the production line by being actively involved in each procedure
• Separate different items to be loaded onto a production line
• Load and unload items from machines and dollies
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company protocols and processes
• Make sure that appropriate safety measures are taken into account at every step of the production
• Pull damaged or faulty items from the production line
• Ensure that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported
• Place and remove items on conveyor belt and record data at each step of the production cycle
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
• Check finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately
• Make sure that finished items are stored safely prior to being taken for packaging
• Ensure proper labeling of finished items (if required) and ensure that they are packaged properly
• Ensure all supplies and equipment are available prior to each shift
• Advocate safety practices to the rest of the production staff
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes
• Place finished goods on the designated pallet

·        Complete any additional tasks as requested by Management, even if that task is not listed as a direct responsibility.

Experience:

• Line production
• Packaging and storing
• Working in warehouse

Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.  May be hired through staffing agency with a commitment if at least 40 consecutive hours of work.

Special Job Requirements: May need to stand for extended periods of time
