Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to create positive first impressions while supporting customer engagement and sales opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, providing information, and contributing to a welcoming, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products and services to interested customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Support customer engagement and promotional activities.
  • Assist with sales opportunities generated through customer interactions.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Support promotional materials and customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales goals.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
  • Confident interacting with customers and visitors.
  • Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk support is a plus but not required.
