Pair Team is a remote-first mission-driven healthcare company reimagining care for underserved populations. We seek a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to build and lead end-to-end RCM for Medicaid and Medicare, including eligibility, authorization, claims, denials, and collections, across multiple service lines. This hands-on role will set RCM strategy, hire and mentor staff, and develop tooling and processes to scale with our fast-growing platform while ensuring regulatory compliance and #J-18808-Ljbffr Pair Team
