M&A Associate – Los Angeles, CA
Direct Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking a mid-level M&A Associate to join its Corporate Practice in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities- Support mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions
- Assist with drafting and negotiating transaction documents
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and clients on sophisticated matters
- Manage deal-related tasks and contribute to transaction execution
- 1–2 years of experience in a general corporate practice with an emphasis on M&A
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Deal list required
