Our Benefits Flexible and full‑time schedules Competitive wages paid weekly Employees becoming eligible for full‑time benefits after averaging 20+ hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flex spending Company‑paid life, accidental death insurance Exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for work related travel Performance‑based bonuses for property managers Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk around facilities for up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds to keep curb appeal clean and free of debris Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from diverse customer service‑centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation : Required to have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between work locations and/or conduct other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
