We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager within the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage All Front of House and Kitchen Activities
• Focus on the Food
• Cost Control
• Lead and Develop the Team
• Systems and Processes
• Merchandising and Displays
• Office Management
• Forecasting and Budgeting

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience required. Culinary background is desirable.
• Must be familiar with Utah Liquor regulations.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
