Salesforce Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to drive the development, configuration, and continuous optimization of our client's Salesforce ecosystem. The role focuses on building highly scalable architectures, writing advanced programmatic logic, and integrating the platform with diverse external systems.

The selected professional will work alongside technical and business stakeholders to maintain strict architecture governance, ensure robust data security, and uphold high standards of code quality and deployment practices within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Scalable Solution Design: Design and implement highly scalable configurations and extensive customizations within the Salesforce platform.
• Core Platform Development: Develop advanced programmatic logic and automation using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• System Integration: Connect Salesforce with external downstream systems using standard REST/SOAP APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and enterprise middleware solutions.
• Architecture Governance: Maintain and build upon Salesforce architecture, managing the underlying data model, platform security, and sharing models according to industry best practices.
• Testing & Deployment: Handle code deployments and versioning utilizing Git-based source control and automated CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex platform bugs or operational performance issues.

Qualifications

• Experience Level: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.
• Technical Stack: Deep technical proficiency in Apex, Flows, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Visualforce.
• Architecture & Security: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture frameworks, platform best practices, and data security/sharing models.
• Integration Protocols: Hands-on experience building integrations via REST (Representational State Transfer) and SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) APIs.
• DevOps Utilities: Strong working familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD development practices.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• AI Agents: Hands-on development experience with Agentforce.
• Portal Development: Experience with Experience Cloud, alongside front-end web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for creating responsive user interfaces (UI).
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) or Platform Developer II (PDII) credentials.
