Listing & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Sherman Oaks, CA

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing & Marketing Coordinator to support a busy luxury real estate team. This role assists with the preparation, marketing, and coordination of residential listings while helping ensure a smooth experience for our clients and agents.

The ideal candidate enjoys organization, follows directions well, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Listing Support

• Assist with preparing new listings for market
• Coordinate photography, staging, signage, and vendor appointments
• Enter and update information in MLS and internal systems
• Verify listing details for accuracy
• Order marketing materials and property flyers
• Maintain listing files and documentation

Marketing Support

• Assist with social media posts and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate open house materials and signage
• Update property websites and online marketing platforms
• Create and distribute brochures and marketing pieces using templates
• Help maintain marketing calendars and deadlines

Administrative Support

• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Track listing milestones and project deadlines
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members as needed
• Assist with data entry and CRM management
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency with Apple and Microsoft Office
• Real estate experience preferred but not required
• Experience with Canva, social media, or marketing platforms is a plus

Availability

• Must be available to occasionally work evenings and weekends to support open houses, listing launches, client events, and other team activities.
