Financial Operations Support – Columbus, OH (Hybrid) $20 to 22.00/h Contract 6–12 months with potential extension or conversion. We’re seeking a motivated Financial Operations Associate to join one of our top financial services clients. What You’ll Do Support daily financial operations and client account activities. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and support account‑related requests. Review, verify, and maintain account documentation and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure accuracy. Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency. What We’re Looking for Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
