Regional Property Operations Executive
Equity Real Estate Management
Equity Real Estate Management (EREM) is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple properties and lead a team of staff to maximize net revenue while maintaining property quality. You will develop marketing plans, manage leasing goals and drive occupancy with compliant practices. You will hire and train personnel, monitor KPI performance, and ensure adherence to federal and local laws. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel is required to support property operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Equity Real Estate Management
