POSITION PURPOSE:
Prepare and process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multiple facilities ensuring compliance with company policies, union contracts, and governmental regulations. Maintain accurate payroll records, generate, and distribute required reports; Responsible for some Accounts PayablesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Processing payroll for multiple locations on a weekly basis Provide administrative support to HR department. This includes projects, filing, benefits, open enrollment, employee orientation documents, etc. Administer reimbursement programs for wellness, work apparel, and flexible spending Maintain centralized employment records for all employees and assist in updating HRIS system as required Assist with accounts payables Responsible for weekly reports and notificationsNON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Assist with coordination of company-sponsored events and employee communicationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 3 - 5 years’ experience in clerical, human resources, or payroll position Good oral and written communication skills Capable of handling and maintaining confidential information and matters Experience using Microsoft Office Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Material Sciences CorporationVacancy posted 4 days ago
