Accountabilities:

The AI Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and optimizing content strategies that drive organic growth, improve customer engagement, and support business objectives. The role requires a balance of editorial excellence, AI expertise, and performance-driven marketing skills.

• Create and optimize SEO-, CRO-, and GEO-focused content to improve organic discovery and conversions.
• Develop content strategies based on user intent, customer journeys, and commercial objectives.
• Improve existing content pages through keyword optimization, content structure improvements, readability enhancements, and conversion-focused updates.
• Build scalable AI-assisted content workflows that increase production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Review, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Experiment with emerging AI-powered search workflows and contribute to best practices for AI-enabled content creation.
• Optimize content structures, FAQs, and page formats to improve visibility across AI-driven discovery platforms.
• Monitor SEO, GEO, and content performance trends and apply insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to align content initiatives with business goals.
• Maintain high editorial standards while increasing publishing velocity and content impact.
• Track key performance indicators including organic traffic growth, rankings, lead generation, conversion performance, and AI discoverability improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in content marketing.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end content initiatives and measuring business outcomes such as organic traffic, conversions, or lead generation.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, search intent, and content optimization strategies.
• Working knowledge of or demonstrated interest in CRO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create, optimize, review, or automate content workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content and enhance it through strong editorial judgment.
• Experience creating blog and landing page content that contributes to measurable business results.
• Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Ability to develop content aligned with customer needs, business goals, and user behavior.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects from strategy through execution and optimization.
