Thrift Store Associate We exist to serve those affected by incarceration by being Ambassadors of Life Change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jubilee Ministries is a privately funded 501(c)3 non-profit Christian ministry. We consider every position to be essential in the fulfillment of our Mission Statement. As such, each employee must have a relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. Tentative Start Date: November 2, 2026 Jubilee Ministries is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Thrift Store Associate to join our new Shillington, PA thrift store team. This position is expected to have a tentative start date of November 2, 2026. Candidates should consider this anticipated start date when applying. The date may be adjusted based on store-opening needs and final onboarding timelines. Assist in the loading of sold items into customer vehicles. Assist in sorting of donated product. Assist in other dock operations as time allows and as directed by Manager or supervisor. Keep area around dock clean of trash and organized. Assist in keeping dock areas safe and accessible during wintertime. Participate in staff meetings and team activities. Other duties as assigned.
