Neos is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a long-term contract with our client in Austin, TX. ONLY CANDIDATES LOCAL TO AUSTIN TEXAS NEED APPLY , HYBRID SCHEDULE Manager-level Technical Business Analyst to support a complex technology procurement initiative. The ideal resource will have strong business analysis, facilitation, and technical documentation skills, along with experience supporting technology evaluations and procurements. The resource should be able to:
- Review, assess, synthesize, and summarize complex technical documentation (e.g., solution architectures, technical specifications, vendor proposals, security documentation, implementation approaches).
- Plan and facilitate information-gathering workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
- Develop clear, complete, and traceable business and technical requirements, including functional, non-functional, technical, integration, and operational requirements.
- Support the development of procurement artifacts, including requirements matrices and evaluation criteria.
- Evaluate vendor responses for compliance with business and technical requirements, identify gaps and risks, and document findings and recommendations.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for decision-makers.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, procurement, and vendors throughout the procurement process.
- Enterprise technology procurements (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
- Technology strategy or solution evaluation
- Enterprise architecture, cloud, infrastructure, or application modernization initiatives
- Strong technical writing and executive-level communication skills
