Automotive Billing / Accounting Clerk | Earn Up to $22/Hour

We are seeking an experienced Billing / Accounting Clerk, preferably with auto dealership experience, to process the billing of vehicle purchases, verify deal contents, issue payoff checks for trade-ins, post all sale transactions, and more. Responsibilities Process vehicle deals and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant. Review and verify deal jackets, contracts, titles, registrations, and supporting documents. Prepare and process billing, invoices, and accounting transactions accurately and efficiently. Post payments, receipts, and other accounting entries. Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies as needed. Maintain accurate records and ensure transactions are properly documented. Communicate with lenders, vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve billing or accounting issues. Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information. Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and applicable regulations. Provide support to the accounting office and dealership team as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive dealership billing and accounting is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
