Location: Waukesha, WI Facility Name: AMG Waukesha Primary Care Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Comprehensive Full-Lifespan Primary Care: Autonomously lead patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and preventative screenings while collaborating with physicians to diagnose and treat complex acute and chronic health conditions. Patient-Centered Education & Coordination: Counsel patients and families on preventive wellness and treatment options while managing direct specialty referrals, community resource coordination, and rigorous electronic health record documentation. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. One or more of the following: Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drug Enforcement Administration credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration. Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.
