Digital Marketing and Administrative Assistant

Job Description Job Description A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Digital Marketing and Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for assisting corporate and property teams on marketing and operational support that drives qualified traffic and supports leasing performance. This role also coordinates with on-site teams on various media requests to align marketing initiatives with property goals and customer service standards. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Review and analyze leasing dashboard weekly and provide feedback for missed opportunities
Complete and analyze weekly occupancy and traffic reports to provide recommendations
Email blast creation and execution
Social media coordination
Develop content for consistent messaging
Update website content as recommended (hours, pictures, pricing)
Source and purchase branded material for properties
Provide on-site coverage for leave, vacation, open positions, as needed
Qualifications:
Previous multi--family on-site experience
Previous Yardi, Canva, and Rent Cafe experience
Ability to interact with all levels of management and ownership
Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
This is a temporary position. Full-time role; part-time schedule may be considered.
$22 - $24 per hour
