Counter Sales Representative

K&R Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative! This position is responsible for assisting customers with product purchases, answering questions, processing orders, and supporting daily counter and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in automotive, paint, industrial, or parts-related environments.

• Assist customers with product purchases
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions and customer orders accurately
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
• Pull and prepare customer pickup orders
• Help maintain a clean and organized showroom and counter area
• Assist with stocking inventory and receiving shipments
• Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements

• Previous counter sales, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive paint, body shop, industrial supply, or automotive parts experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer and cash handling experience preferred
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
