Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to identify strengths, weaknesses, and therapeutic needs.

• Formulating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based techniques and therapeutic methodologies.

• Providing therapy sessions for individuals and couples, focusing on a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans according to clients' progress, ensuring a responsive approach to therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, utilizing our electronic health record system for efficient workflow.

• Engaging in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, advocating for comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Preparing for and responding effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
