Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, identifying key issues and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and collaboration with clients.

• Lead individual and couples therapy sessions, employing techniques that promote healing, conflict resolution, and enhanced communication.

• Maintain detailed, accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment initiatives in response to clients’ evolving needs and progress, fostering a dynamic therapy process.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, leveraging a broad spectrum of expertise to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support as necessary, equipping clients with strategies to manage acute distress or emergencies.

• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients vary widely, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with teens grappling with behavioral issues, adults navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking to strengthen their bonds. Each client presents unique needs, and your role is to provide tailored therapeutic interventions that empower them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist recognized by the State of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated skill in conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing treatment plans, and executing therapy sessions effectively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a familiarity in utilizing electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
